OOO «SiF»is a fast developing production and construction company that started its business as sub-contracting company for certain types of work but nowadays is a general contracting and general designing organization.
Our company is able to arrange and manage construction process of any object of any complexity and intended use as we offer full scope of works:
design of buildings and engineering systems → construction → maintenance
Our specialists help the Client in development of technical tasks and concepts of object construction.
We work with typical construction solutions as well as extraordinary construction methods and innovations. After construction of an object we provide services for maintenance including maintenance of all engineering systems and utilities, and cleaning.
OOO «SiF» is successfully running its business since 1996. On June 11th, 1996, we obtained license #014463 for carrying out construction business.
Since December 2009 OOO «SiF» is a member of self-regulatory organizations NP “Baltic Designers’ Cooperation” and NP “Baltic Construction Complex”.
Development of the company is based on competent management as its standards optimized production processes and created coordinated team of specialists. The management strategy chosen has proven propriety of the chosen direction – the company kept its turnover on default 1998 and reached the new development level in the crisis 2009.
Fast development of the company is possible due to high quality of works ensured by wide use of top-quality materials, methods, special equipment, elaborate logistics and multi-step supervision for work quality.
- Observation of time schedule and quality of works is ensured by high-skilled specialists, own professional electrical devices, special construction equipment and machines, prompt provision of materials by own transport.
- All the works are carried out by OOO «SiF» with strict conformance with valid legislation of the Russian Federation that is proved by stable long-term stay of our company on construction market of the North-Western region of Russia.
- Individual peculiarity of «SiF» is ability to carry out works not only on the objects under construction or reconstruction but also at operating, including restricted access facilities, reducing inconveniences for the Client to the minimum. If necessary, works are carried out at night, on weekends and holidays.
- Implemented system of document workflow guarantees modern and proper support of construction projects by all the required documents. We can assure our Clients that we provide them in due time with all the required financial documents, projects and as-built documents drawn up according to valid legislation.

Environment protection policy:
- implementation of innovative production processes and development of new project solutions in case of positive estimation of their impact of the environment;
- consideration of suppliers’ and subcontractors’ attitude to environment when choosing would-be partners;
- minimization of pollutant emissions into air, waste water, soil pollution and wastes volume due to observation and upgrade of technology and devices used;
- availability and explanation of the Environment protection policy and its implementation on all management levels and in all the departments – from top managers to workers.
